Because of this extensive time and effort, we have developed a pretty strict, but fair refund policy. 

No refund policy on 1:1 coaching.

No refund policy exists on any course modules unless you can provide proof that you have completed the homework assignments, viewed any corresponding course modules and completed all work associated with the strategic roadmap we recommend for success. You must show that you have taken the action we recommended including testing and re-testing using data insights and analytics because no marketing is perfect and all we can do is provide strategic recommendations based on the most proven methods available.

While we may not be able to issue a refund, we are always looking for ways to improve our services to ensure the value you get is maximized.
